I am so pleased and relieved that I called John Hager to represent me. However, a close friend chose to retain a lawyer in Volusia County based on discount fees.I can tell you that my case was dismissed as predicted by John. Unfortunately, my friend is very frustrated with his progress toward dismissal! John is outstanding.

Mr Hager did an amazing job. I know many may say this, but I was truly the victim in this case. Had to defend my life once, then once again from the government itself. Mr Hager never doubted me from the beginning and made it clear my case was just as important to me as to him. I was facing a maximum of 30 years in prison. Two accounts of aggravated battery. He got me down to 1 misdemeanor battery, 6 months of probation, and 8 hours of anger management. I am EXTREMELY happy with his services.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Attorney Brett Schwartz and his stellar representation on a member of my family. I am an attorney myself and was frightened when a close family member was charged and overcharged with various offenses.When you are going through something as scary as the criminal justice system, the humanity of dealing with such a caring and competent law firm is invaluable. Brett Schwartz is the best domestic violence litigator in the USA and possibly the world. Hire him if you want an outstanding lawyer who will fight for you.
