Erum was not helpful in anyway! She was rude and condescending! Her assistant may have briefly read reports about a roofing salesman pressure on a board member to sign a proposal and they pushed elderly home owners to sign building permits. The roofing company notarized them without those people present. Our HOA has been taken advantage of by two property management companies who took our association money. We had a zoom call, Erum didn’t appear, only a voice telling our new property manager to file a class action suit against previous management. She also said she never saw our reports yet charged for every email. We were told we had no case and she’d side with the roofing company! When property manager reviewed bill and told Erum she charged for things the company never did, writing letters on our behalf, and for reading emails, but offered no help! Erum’s response was for us to write a review and she’d take off 10% off! We paid the bill, but fired her, so we could tell the truth!
