Have consulted with Deven Moore, attny. several times regarding the above cited wills, etc, for both my mother and myself. All of the process moved along with speed, all was accurate and satisfying to both of us. I have since consulted him twice regarding an automobile title problem. Again, response was rapid and very helpful.
Brian Chunn charged me $6,000 for a no child contested divorce. He yelled at me in calls! He threatened to drop me if I did not sign what he drew up and did not want to make revisions in my best interest. He allowed mu ex to steal $20,000 worth of record albums and guns and offered my no councell on what to do about it! He then dropped me before I could take possession of my house!!!! I am stuck unable to speak through a lawyer to my ex as animals destroy my home! He did not listen to any details important to me, nor did he care!
Brian Chunn was very good at saying what I needed to hear. He talks a good game but is not a fighter. Do not hire him if you need someone tough and determined. Hiring him was a HUGE mistake.
