Based on my experience with this attorney, I would never recommend this guy.. He quit on me just like he did in the other post. He decided not to call mother or stepfather to testify at the final hearing for a child custody and relocation case. Stepfather pled guilty to "Solicitation of a Prostitute" and mother told numerous lies in her deposition. Do not make the same mistake I made. Your son or daughter deserve better... So did my daughter....
My experience was very disappointing. I was billed for multiple emails and messages, even when I did not receive responses or acknowledgement of the concerns I raised. I shared an agreement regarding no overnights due to an unsafe living situation, but it was never addressed. During a discussion with the opposing lawyer, it became clear that my own attorney did not seem aware of the agreement until it was brought up by the other side. He then dismissed it by saying I had already agreed to overnights — after he had pressured me into allowing them. This left me feeling misinformed, unsupported, and afraid. The advice I received did not reflect my situation or my child’s safety needs, and I did not feel that my concerns were prioritized, especially when I could not afford additional fees.
He buckles under pressure of other lawyers and will fold on you in court. He is extremely arrogant and not very professional. Do not expect privacy as he openly discussed other clients cases with me during our meetings. I would not recommend him to anyone unless they were the person I was suing.
