They did the deed search to make sure there were no liens and then checked and had revisions made in the sales contract. They were timely and efficient.
My partner and I had agreed to Mr. Ward as the executor of her father's estate. He did not follow any of her instructions. Her inheritance was basically given away. He took advantage of the situation. I would never recommend him. She trusted him and was grossly misled.
