Law Offices of Richard C. McConathy is a law firm established in 2002 with an office in Dallas, TX. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal defense, dui/dwi, white collar crime and 5 other areas of law.
Had a bit to drink and played a stupid joke on my friends by firing a shotgun in the air outside on my back porch to scare them on new years eve at my party. My next door neighbors 90 year old mother didn't find it funny and called the cops. I spent the next day in jail and found out i was going to be charged with a felony. I could believe I was going to lose my job over a stupid joke. I called around to several lawyers but didn't get a good feeling until I found Richard.

Richard and Brian did a great job on my case! A not guilty. As a DACA recipient I was looking at everything I've worked for going up in smoke if convicted.I had really hard demands due to my status but Richard never gave up and now I'm cleared and free to go forward with my life.

After a night out with my boss I was asked to get the car. While i was pulling up the the club door the cop watching the parking lot pulled up behind me. After a few tests I was arrested right there in front of my boss.luckily he was understanding and sent me to his lawyer Richard McConathy. Richard and Brian fought hard and got the case dismissed! These guys are the best in the Biz.
