Kevin Spencer, who began practicing law in Texas in 1993, started Spencer Law, P.C. on September 1, 2007. Spencer Law, P.C. and its attorneys focus on litigation in the areas of probate, estate, trust, guardianship and fiduciary liability. Hired Attorney Zachary Everett Johnson

Zach Johnson is a credit to his profession, as an Attorney. Zach/Kevin have been representing me in Probate issues that span two states. I am well versed in Probate now and must state that Zach/Kevin are two of the most trustworthy people AND most knowledgeable that you could have in your corner. It is comforting to know that your attorney is a voice you can trust. Zach/Kevin are wonderful, caring and truly professional. Thanks so much for representing me, especially when I was at wits end.

Hired Attorney Kevin Spencer

Kevin told me not to worry, that it was his job to resolve my issue, so I could focus on my life.
He did just that. Kevin told me to expect the solution to take up to 18 months. He got it done a little sooner than that. He also set realistic expectations in all regards, which helped a great deal. This was my first "legal" experience, and it had a significant financial impact on me and the direction of my business. So, Kevin's help was equally significant to my business and personal life.

Hired Attorney Kevin Spencer

Mr. Spencer pulled me out a dire situation that could have ruined my life. I have the utmost respect and faith in Mr. Spencer and would recommend him to my family and closest of friends. I wish I had known Mr. Spencer six years ago when my legal battle started. I was recently referred to him. He took charge and brought the litigation against me to an end. He is a credit to his profession. I wish there were more attorneys like him who would represent senior citizens like myself.

Hired Attorney Zachary Everett Johnson

I had an initial conversation with Zach about my grandfather's estate and concerns I had with its management. Zach told me he would review my documents and get back to me. I never heard from him. I called several times over the course of a month and was told by his secretaries that he was busy and they would have him call me back. I explained that his kept happening to the last secretary I talked to and she hung up on me. I have now hired someone else. You had better hope your case is interesting enough (involves enough money) to get Zach to call you back.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
