I usually approach reviews with fairness and constructive feedback, but my experience with Tim Tate and his family law firm compels me to issue a stark warning to others. Only after firing this firm did I discover a troubling lawsuit from unhappy clients—something I wish I'd known earlier. My experience was horrendous. Tim Tate promised "a lot more money in your pocket," which should have been a red flag. His promises were unfulfilled and his actions deceitful. He even claimed, "I'm going to get you a MEGA check," but later denied it, leaving me with significantly less. Multiple witnesses can confirm his original statement, making his denial even more egregious. The worst part: after I switched lawyers, Tim took 30% of a settlement he didn't secure. This coercion into an unsatisfactory settlement, along with weeks of unresponsive communication, was unacceptable. I cannot and will never recommend this lawyer or his money hungry family firm.
