Mr. Norcross reviewed a mortgage agreement for us. He was available at very short notice, took time to answer our questions and helped us look for any sneaky clauses that might have affected our rights. He was very reassuring but also did not talk down to us. Great experience! Highly recommended.

He help us a time when things appeared to be bad and he and his other associate made our lives to be at peace. He listened to our problem and he solved it in a reasonable time frame and he also made our payments affordable.

He was the other associate within the firm that also assisted us with the problem. He went to court with us and insured that we came out on top. Very attentive and professional.

Honestly, wish I would have googled and read reviews. I was referred to Mr. Norcross therefore, I felt he was a good choice. I believe he's a decent lawyer possibly but not in my case. He convinced me we had a really good chance of winning. To me I felt not everything was being done in my best interest. He kept reassuring me when we get to court we will tell our story. Well, we never made it to court, thanks to the defendant resetting the case. Then Covid. We agreed to re-file the case. Now it's within 2 days from the statue of limitations expiring he contacts me and wants to start charging me for filing fees (again) after I paid him a significant retainer at the being of the case. Well people have to live with their decisions in life. Be aware.

Dallas bar exam referred me to him since legal aid could not take on my case for low funding. I explain that to Chad. He told me you would take my case upon contingency. And then after weeks and weeks of me communicating and sending emails. He said my case was not being taken on, but it was not winnable. After he asked me for 5 grand to take my case and said he would get it back in the courtroom and then turn around and told me it wasn't winnable after all that back-and-forth, just added more stress to my life wasted My time wouldn't even bother to give me any further advice. As to what to do, not a professional person cares more about money than the actual client.

An absolute scam artist. The biggest mistake I have ever made was hiring this clod as my attorney. He's disorganized, rude and completely incompetent, and I've never met a bigger liar. For the sake of your case, do NOT use his services! He needs to be investigated by the Bar Association.

I too wish I had Googled Chad Norcross before giving him a dime. Everything in the other Bad Reviews are TOTALLY True. He works against you and for the people you are suing. He doesn’t communicate well at all. He took my case and said it was definitely a winnable case but did absolutely nothing to represent me. When the case went to mediation, Chad sat there and said absolutely nothing on my behalf nor did he defend me in any way whatsoever. He didn’t even show that he knew that whatever information presented in a case had to be disclosed in the discovery process and that no new information could be presented later. Chad is not worth the writing on a dollar bill. Save your money and time and look for another more reputable Attorney that will Truly fight for you to win your case because He’s NOT the one.
