DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!! He will not be any help to you. He constantly ask for money and will not be doing anything to help you or your case. He’s too old to even be representing anybody and he will forget who you are and what your case is even about. The man is incompetent and shouldn’t be allowed to represent anyone. If you want to give your money away and get screwed in the end. Then he’s the lawyer to do just that but, if you’re ready this review. Don’t say, I didn’t warn you because he’s not going to help you at
Hoel took my money, did absolutely nothing to earn his fee; he made promises he never intended on keeping. I found out too late that he has been previously sanctioned by the State Bar of Texas. I faced a felony case where someone used the courts as a collection agency and Hoel said he would get it dismissed; he failed to obtain any information despite an offer by the DA, he then set the matter for trial, wanted more money. He deceived me. I hired another attorney and all is well. BE FOREWARNED.
