The Family law counsel is weak and inexperienced. The firm is good and has great owners who are willing to work with you and do whatever it takes to get the case resolved in your favor.

- They will not take the pain to check their spam folder (even after 10 days of receiving the documents).
- They work with utterly incomprehensible paralegals who cannot communicate English.
- Main lawyer Kavitha will never appear in the picture as the whole process is dealt by paralegals.
- An address change with 3 supporting documents (utility bills) were provided and they didn't even bother to change that in response to USCIS.
