Did not provide the bank with updated accurate information. The person handling my loan mod. was replaced no less than 5 times, and had to re familiarize these persons with the facts. Mr. pratico does not respond to messages but quick to take credit for issues which he had no input what so ever. Better to look elsewhere.....
