Brian is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I came to him with a difficult situation that had quite a few avenues to choose for resolution. He was able to streamline the process and worked efficiently to reach a satisfactory conclusion. I appreciated his friendly demeanor. He is very responsive to both phone and email queries.
