I can't thank Victoria Davis enough for her incredible support and expertise. My son and I were in court one day, completely unrepresented and feeling lost. Out of nowhere, Victoria, or "Vickey," stepped up and offered her help. She saw the mess we were in and without hesitation said, "Your son is burying himself deeper and deeper by the second. Would you like me to help him before it's too late? Don't worry, you can pay me later, let's save him first!" Her genuine concern for my son's well-being over money was clear, and I gratefully accepted her offer. Vickey took control of the situation, and thanks to her, everything turned out well that day. When I went to pay her, I was bracing myself for a hefty bill. To my surprise, her fee was incredibly reasonable. I was blown away by her fairness and thanked her profusely. I've kept her card ever since, and we've been friends from that day forward. Victoria Davis is not just an exceptional attorney; she is a kind and compassionate person
Ms. Davis has represented myself and many of my friends on many occasions concerning several different areas of the law. I have been extremely satisfied with Ms. Davis's work ethics and end results on all occasions and will continue to recommend her to anyone. They will be extremely satisfied with her work as I have.
Victoria’s license should be revoked. She’s a conniving money hungry attorney. You all need to report her to the state board of attorneys. Here’s the link. Report her to see if you could get your money back. I reported her and it’s definitely time consuming but we need to stop her from these bad habits. The state bar will definitely work to get your matter resolved. It’s free of charger to file a complaint and get them to investigate her license. https://www.texasbar.com/Content/NavigationMenu/ForThePublic/ProblemswithanAttorney/GrievanceEthicsInfo1/File_a_Grievance.htm
This woman is a thief! A “friend”, that I hadn’t spoke with in years caught me at a very vulnerable time, my husband had got arrested and was in jail, I’m a stay at home mom with 5 kids and was very overwhelmed with what happened and not knowing the outcome, now not having income and only had very limited amount of money in my account. My “friend” came to my house with a not even legit retainer fee contract, promised ms. Davis was going to do this, do that. She collected my retainer fee of $1500. First thing she was supposed to go see my husband the next day, but never happened. He sat in there for 2 weeks and never saw her. She wouldn’t answer my calls or txts, the “friend” kept making excuses for her and basically playing middle man but you can tell she’s in on the scam. Through text, she said she’d refund me, changed it a little later saying she’d refund me some of the money and now I can’t get ahold of her. She did nothing in over a month and has yet to even contact us.
I hired mrs davis because of a bailsbondsnan tecomnended her to sign me out from jail i hand ed d this friend of mine 1200 dollars for her to do do so and an extra 3000 was going to have her take on my pending case. Mrs davis ippn arival to the court house tells me she is feeling iffy about my case and is not sure shes going to represent me. Says shes going to keep 5 of the 1200 and was going to give me 7 hundred back. And to this day have not heard a word from mrs Davis.....Owe Mind you she had me rush to the court house the day before with a letter staring she wanted me to fire my court appointed attorney. Long story short this woman is in my ppinion is nothing more then a theif and a liar.
