What legal liability do I have after selling pot as a teen?

Answered by attorney Carl Scott Spector
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Carl Spector
If you have not been charged with a crime up until now and you are no longer committing crimes then it is unlikely that you will have to make anything right. Just keep clean and work hard.

What is a global plea?

He most likely has cases in other counties and they are offering to put them all together in one county if he will plead. He has a pot case in Alameda County and a gun case in Contra Costa County. The two DA's will talk and work out a deal which both are satisfied with. Often they will either drop one case of on a plea let him do concurrent (at the same time) time with the more serious sentence.
