Am I eligible for indecent exposure expungement and how much will it cost?

Answered by attorney Philip Daniel Hache
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Phil Hache
Many misdemeanors are eligible for expungment. Technically it is a 1203.4 dismissal in California, but expungement is often used as the term to describe the process. What court is your conviction in? Filing fees and attorneys fees can vary depending on what county you are in and what attorney you hire.

Can a DUI charge be dropped after nine years?

Answered by attorney Jason William Savela
Criminal Law lawyer at The Savela Law Firm, P.C.
SOL stops once the charge is filed. But, after 9 years, the evidence may not be available or there could be other problems. This could result in dismissal or a very good plea offer.
