Hired Attorney

Mr Dickover is handling an estate, and as a part of that, he is selling a house in Middletown, NY as the executor. I put in a successful bid for the property that was accepted. I spent money getting a loan approved, authorized the hiring of an attorney for the closing. Was waiting on Mortgage Company and Robert J Dickover and the Realtor Frank Williams to get the contracts together to be signed and I could give them the deposit check of $12,800. Today my approved loan was being processed by Rocket Mortgage, and was excited at 67 to have a home to call my own when the phone rang and Frank Williams was on the phone saying the attorney Robert J Dickover was PULLING OUT OF THE DEAL, going in a different direction.
