Will he get time served when he goes to court then be released and will he have to do time for driving with a suspended license?

I do not know enough of the facts to say whether he will get time served, but that might be an option, depending upon who he hires as an attorney, who the prosecutor is, and who the judge is.

I would like copies of everything from the courts but I DON’T have money for a lawyer again how do I get them?

Copies of what "everything". Everything that occurred in the case? Why? IF you do not have money to procure copies of everything from the clerk's office, or retain an attorney, and do not know how to procure everything, then what will you do when you get all of the documents.

Hi there was an accident that happened at 7-Eleven. I was verbally abused then the guy jumped in my face. I reported it to the manager

Answered by attorney Diane Buerger
Criminal Law lawyer at The Buerger Law Firm, P.A.
The first thing I recommend doing is exercising your right to remain silent (meaning do not discuss what happened with anyone until after you meet with your attorney and get his/her advice).  The next thing I recommend is, if you do not have either a court-appointed attorney or private attorney, you need to get one as quickly as possible.  Your attorney should be able to obtain "Discovery" and assess whether you may have a case for filing for immunity under the "stand your ground" law -- or a self-defense issue.
