Is he possibly going to lose his license for imprudent driving and being in violation of a graduated license?

First of all, with multiple tickets, you should have a lawyer represent your son in Court. Often, reductions can be worked out with the prosecutor that will help with the status of the drivers license. In Michigan, a 16 year old would have a graduated license with certain restrictions. Depending on the outcome of all the tickets, the Secretary of State has different options of actions to take. While it is always possible that a suspension would occur, it is also likely that the restrictions will be continued for a longer period and/or a period of probation extended. Consult with an attorney to discuss the details further as well as your options.

Will I get deported for being charged with arson?

*Do not* enter any guilty pleas without first consulting an immigration attorney. If you (and your criminal defense attorney) are not very careful, you can become subject to a nearly certain deportation, regardless of your clear prior criminal record and the light sentence you will receive from the criminal court.
