Can I own a registered gun although my husband is a convicted felon of drug possession?

Answered by attorney Aaron Michael Black
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Aaron M. Black, PLLC
Probably not. Unless he reinstated his gun rights he is probably still a prohibited possessor. I would not keep a gun in the house until he is sure he has his gun rights restored.

Why am I showing an arrest when I did judication and DA approved and done with it?

Answered by attorney Robert W. Eutsler (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Eutsler Law Firm
If deferred adjudication successfully completed, may be eligible for an order of non-disclosure. Depends on the charge and other circumstances. Until then, arrest and case disposition with a deferred adjudication remains permanently visible as part of criminal record.

What happens if my son was arrested for agrravated assault?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Depends on if they are coming after him under a misdemeanor or a felony. Typically these are felony and 2-20 years in prison. You absolutely need to hire the best attorney that you can afford.
