Can I sue Wells Fargo for taking money out of my account when they lost a check I already deposited and cleared account?

I do not know if you gave Wells Fargo permission at any time to debit your account. Lost check or otherwise, if you owe $150 , were they paid twice. Check your account to see if the $150.00 was deducted twice. I would bring this up with my bank unless the bank is also Wells Fargo. Maybe time to open an account at another bank.

Can I talk to someone who went to jail for sexual assault?

Answered by attorney Joseph Briscoe Dane (Unclaimed Profile)

If he was convicted of a crime against you, the odds are that there is restraining order against him. That order prevents him from having any contact with you directly. If you contact him, you are setting him up to have him be in violation of a court order, violating his probation, and being sent back to jail if not state prison. If you are over 18, you may be able to petition the court to lift the no contact order. I can almost guarantee they won't do that if you were still under 18. You may want to start with contacting his attorney that represented him to find out 1st if there was a restraining order issued and 2nd if they can assist by getting the case on calendar to modify the probation and lift the no contact order.

How long can armed roberry be charged for?

Answered by attorney Marc Aaron Goldbach (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Goldbach Law Group
You can see posters in just about any liquor store. "Use a gun go to prison" or "10, 20, life". For using a gun the min. sentence is about 10 yrs. If it is fired, but no one is hit, 20 yrs. If someone is hit, you can get life in prison even if they don't die. Look at the posters. They list the actual penal code on the bottom of them.
