How long do they have to indict you on a drug sale case?

The prosecutor has four years under the statute of limitations to file indictment. The prosecutor has 90 days to indict or relent on the bond, if there is no bond set. The prosecutor will probably indict between 90 and 120 days after arrest.

The charge is petit theft, larceny under $100. Your employer could tell them, but in today's world generally all ex-employers will say is that a person worked there, what the title was and when they left.

You are stupid. "They had no reason to come", but he had open warrants. The fact that he had open warrants means that they had a reason to come. HE IS supposed to be on probation because he took the plea, PERIOD. You should be living in the hotel, because you should not have left high school early. But you did leave high school early, so you are living in a hotel. What world are you living in now you need retain an attorney for him, or watch him go to jail for no reason.
