No. There is nothing you can do at this stage. You might be able to get the records sealed after you complete the terms of probation if adjudication was withheld.

There is a way. Retain an attorney for your friend, and watch the attorney get his license back. Are you ready to retain the attorney so your friend can get his life line back? NO, then get off the computer.

Is there any attorney for protecting legal marijuana plants garden?

J Matthew Catchick
Answered by attorney J Matthew Catchick (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Catchick Law, P.C.
The Michigan Medical Marihuana Act ("MMMA") is HIGHLY specific on how many plants a patient or caregiver can have, and exactly how the plants must be kept/maintained (i.e., in a FULLY-enclosed, locked facility). Your friends should consult with a lawyer who is familiar with the MMMA, so they can get proper advice and not run afoul of the law.
