Can I keep my firearm in house if my fiancé will be released from jail soon?

She stands the chance of being arrested for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and that can mean a minimum of 3 years in prison for her. There should be no guns in the house at all.

Yes - you definitely should get an attorney.  Also since you are being investigated, you have the right to remain silent - even if you have not been formally charged with a crime.  If you are charged, you can e arrested.  Often law enforcement officers, even if they plan to arrest a suspect, do not arrest the suspect until after they question the suspect.  That way they do not have to let you know about your right to remain silent.  If they arrest you before questioning you, they have to tell you about your right to remain silent.  That's why they often try to question you first.  But eithr way, you have the right to remain silent.  Remaining silent cannot be used against you.  I believe it is urgent that you talk to an attorney immediately before deciding how to proceed.
