Can one still be charged if the others were dropped even if it is the same case?

The fact that charges were dropped against co-defendants does not necessarily mean charges will be dropped against everyone. A prosecutor will examine the evidence against each accused person to determine if the case can be proven. Evidence varies as to each accused person.

You are looking at 30 days to 6 months in county jail. What you can expect will depend on many factors too numerous to go into detail here I suggest that you contact an experienced criminal law attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your arrest. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Can I win a case if they proved that the officer that pulled me over is being unfair?

You can take those issues to trial, but you are going to rely on the judge believing you and not the cop. Even if it was 30 and not 40 that at most will reduce the fine. If the regular speed limit was over 30 miles per hour you might win. Go back and check the area. If it was a higher speed limit the school zone limits only apply if children are present. If there were not children present the school zone limits do not apply, the regular speed limit applies.
