Are my chances good that the judge will drop the warrant?

Answered by attorney Jared Christian Winter (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Jared C. Winter
No one on here can tell you your chances because we don't know anything about your case, your history on P36, the judge, etc. All of those things will factor in to your chances. Contact the attorney that handled your case when you were originally placed on P36 and ask them this question. If you didn't have a lawyer, you'll need to get yourself on calendar and ask for the public defender when you see the judge. Good luck.

You are retarded. You are going to try and have him put out of the apt. but have him still pay the rent, so you can stay there. When you figure how to do that, write a book, so mean can learn how to have sex with their wife while doing absolutely nothing else around the house. Get real.

How does my son go about transferring his DUI obligations to another state?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Your son will have to go back to court and ask the judge to transfer his probation to Colorado, or wherever he resettles. It will be up to the judge to decide whether or not to grant the transfer. Your son should contact the original attorney who handled his case or consult with another attorney to help him with this.
