What should my boyfriend do if false police reports were charged against his friend but it was he, who was guilty of the charge?

Is your boyfriend ready to go to jail? You are talking about false reports, but when your boyfriend makes this full confession he is going to jail. He may or may not get a bond, and depending on his criminal history, he may be going to prison. Anyone ready for that? No, then stop talking stupid.

How can I help someone who is getting mistreated in prison?

Answered by attorney Steven Jed Alpers (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Steven J. Alpers, A Professional Corporation
I would advise him if he is really being mistreated to contact a prison rights group or file a petition for habeas corpus with the court to raise his issue. You don't say how he is being mistreated so I cannot give any specific information as to whether this is mistreatment or every day prison life.
