Is there a chance if I’m in and out, they won’t find out and I can accept the result of being placed back onto probation for my petty theft charge?

Answered by attorney Evan Austin Watson
Criminal Law lawyer at Zeliff Watson Attorneys at Law
You were supposed to tell them when you were arrested. With that being said, unless they tolled your probation period or revoked you before the term ends, there isn't anything they can do. If your probation was only for 12 months and you are on month 11, for example, they can only attempt to have your probation revoked for 1 month.

It is legal. No knock means they kick the door without announcing their presence. He knew the police were present, because they asked him for the house key before any entry into the house.

Is it possible to charge two people with possession of one drug?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
It is possible for two people to be charged with one drug possession. If the possession is the result of a sale or transfer from one person to another and the sale or transfer is witnessed by both then charges can be made to both individuals.
