What will happen to me after being charged with drug possession?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
They are trying to keep your father trucks as proceeds of a drug sale or related to drug trafficking. You need a drug specialist. You have already waited long enough, four months. You need to hire an attorney fast and someone who knows search and seizure. The meth is a big problem in Texas as well.

Will my record show my Class 3 Felony?

Ann Marie Fitz
Answered by attorney Ann Marie Fitz (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Ann Fitz
Depending on what kind of sentence you served, ex, straight probation, a expungement of the felony is possible through post-conviction dismissal. The great thing about this is that the conviction comes completely off your record and all of your rights are restored, as if the felony conviction never happened. No employer will know about the felony or be able to take that into account when hiring, firing or promoting. If you served a state prison sentence, dismissal is still available through either a certificate of rehabilitation or pardon.

What legal options do I have banning my in-laws?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
They have no right to be at your house. You can call the police on a trespasser any time. However, it may be easier to just sit down and explain, maybe even threaten to call the police.
