What does it me if I was not told the charges against me, nor was I contacted after besides a detective wanting to know my sources?

The law does not require selling to convict; it requires delivery. Very likely the police will drain you for all the information they can get out of you, then refer the case to the prosecutor anyway. If you provided info about sources, they might make a deal with you to give testimony. Or, they might use the info you gave to get search warrants. They can take their time on this.

How can I help my husband have the criminal restraint order dropped?

The best advice I can provide to you is the lawyer up. ?You have several rights via Marsy's Law and the 5th Amendment. If you are not lawyer'd up then it is likely that those rights will be trampled. Unfortunately, it's how the system works and it appears that's what you are experiencing now. I wish you both the best and hope that everything goes your way.

Can I have a bag fingerprinted for evidence where I was being charged for someone else’s drugs?

You can try. It is actually much more rare to leave fingerprints that most people imagine. A plastic bag does retain prints pretty well however. I've seen prints lifted off of a grocery bag before. This will not end your case however. The prosecutor will argue that you simply didn't leave any prints on your bag, which is possible if you held it a certain way, or your hands were dry, or wet, or for a multitude of other reasons the circumstances weren't ideal to leave fingerprints behind.
