What should I expect if this is my first time going to court?

Is this left from a person or from a business? It would definitely be a misdemeanor. You might be eligible for a diversion program which could keep the conviction off of your public record. At worst you would probably be looking at probation. Jail is a possibility but not likely. At least have a lawyer review the case before you agree to anything. The case may be weak or there may be problems which could get the charges reduced or dismissed.

There is no right to restitution, because the prosecutor has qualified immunity, but you can sue the accuser.

What should I do or say if I wasn't drinking, the music wasn't audible outside the room and I gave them all my information and was compliant?

You are in a tough spot. If you are attending a private college, you have virtually no rights outside of what the student handbook advises as far as due process rights. If you are a state university system college, you may have rights, including the right to have an attorney assist you. It really depends upon how hard the school wants to come down on you.
