You son's future has been in his hands and will remain so. He has not done a good job of taking care of it and therefore needs a good attorney to hopefully minimize the damages he has caused himself. You want an experienced criminal attorney from the area he is being prosecuted in.

Most probably not, however she should engage in attorney and see whether or not she can get on some form of diversionary program in order to keep this from becoming part of her permanent record and therefore having a very adverse effect on her future.
