Please rephrase your question and ask it again. There does not appear to be any criminal act to me. Did you mean a signed title? Did you give it to a friend to sell for you? Did you sign the title over to the friend? What are the facts?

If you are a minor, what happens if you broke into a house and stole something and you were caught but returned the stolen things?

That is called a residential burglary and is considered a very serious offense. Depending on certain factors, it can be considered a strike under the Three Strikes laws. With minors, age, prior contacts with law enforcement, family and school history, and other factors are important considerations. You need to have a good criminal defense attorney to assist you to make sure that all of the relevant factors and all the consequences are properly adjudicated.

Can you sue a bank for opening up a checking account without your knowledge?

This is a civil law question and does not appear to be a criminal law one. No bank will open a checking account without a persons knowledge and consent. You need to be a bit more specific and give more basic facts. What bank, when, where, how, etc.
