Law Offices of Ian Goldstein, P.A. is an AV Rated litigation law firm devoted to the representation of individuals who have been charged with criminal offenses in state and federal courts, and to family law matters including dissolution of marriage and child custody.

We also draw upon the assistance of a network of attorneys who handle most legal matters, including personal injury, real estate, civil litigation, medical malpractice, workers compensation, immigration, and products liability. Our office strives to meet all of our clients' legal needs.

While our offices are located in West Palm Beach, Florida, our attorneys have handled matters in a variety of state and federal jurisdictions throughout the country.

Our goal is to provide aggressive and proactive representation of our clients in order to obtain the best possible result. While our attorneys have favorably settled many hundreds of cases through aggressive pretrial litigation, they also draw on the cumulative experience of hundreds of trials when settlement is not possible.

Hired Attorney Ian Goldstein

Ian is a very generous attorney who helped me through a tough time about 2 years ago . I would recommend him to anyone who needed a professional attorney who cares about his clients .

Hired Attorney Ian Goldstein

I was accused of felony violation that carried a mandated three year sentence if convicted. During my first meeting with Ian, he explained that it was a very serious charge and made no false promises. I retained Ian and never once regretted it. He was always professional, returned every phone call in a timely manner and treated me as if I was his only client. Ian was able to get the charge reduced to a misdemeanor. If you are in need of his services you owe it to yourself to speak to him.
