Would I be at fault if helped someone do illegal activities?

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
Under the circumstances you describe it would be best to hire an attorney to work with the D.A. and police to get you immunity from prosecution. Depending on the facts, you may get protection from prosecution and save yourself and your family.

Will my record show my Class 3 Felony?

Answered by attorney Stephen Lewis Freeborn (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Freeborn Law Offices P.S.
If you have a felony, yes, it will show on your record. You may or may not be able to have it removed (depends upon the charge and how old it is). Upon being convicted of a felony, you lost certain constitutional rights. You need to petition the court to get them back.

You are on class A trespass to a habitation probation and you committed a theft? You could be revoked and receive up to 1 year in prison for the probation case, as well as receive some kind of sentence for the theft case (which could be filed as a theft or possibly even as a possession of a narcotic or controlled substance, depending on the meds.
