What can I do if I lost for having an open container at the street?

Your best course of action, based on the limited information which you have imparted, is to continue contacting the court and taking care of the matter when it shows up. You should also get a new ID. I would documents your contacts to the court in case somehow there is a miscommunication and later the attempt to say that you are ignoring the matter.

What happens if I accidentally missed a court date for a DUI?

Answered by attorney Joseph Briscoe Dane (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Law Office of Joe Dane
By missing a court date, odds are a warrant either will or already did go out for your arrest. Assuming it wasn't that long ago, you may be able to get it recalled and fix things. Contact your attorney to discuss getting the case back on calendar to recall the warrant and get you back on track.

"Under advisement" simply means that the judge needs time to consider the matter before making a decision.
