You can spend a year in the county jail and the fine can be 1000 bucks I think. What you need to do is hire a private criminal defense attorney.

Do i get a refund?

Answered by attorney Diane Buerger
Criminal Law lawyer at The Buerger Law Firm, P.A.
The answer is determined by the representation agreement between you and your attorney.  You need to read it carefully.  It most likely explains what is owed and due to the attorney.  Different attorneys have different contracts.  So it is controlled by your individual representation agreement with the attorney.
