What can I do if I accused stealing of 800 dollars cash from friends?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
He can press charges. If you did it then give it back and if you didn't then let him try and go press charges. Sounds like drug or illegal money if it is that much, rolled up and just left laying out. So it's pretty doubtful he will go to the police. But better watch out, may settle it on his own terms.

Charged with Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon

Cordt Cullen Akers
Answered by attorney Cordt Cullen Akers (Unclaimed Profile)

If the DA's have #1. no victim, and #2 no weapon, then 2 years in prison doesn't sound like a good deal at all.  Make sure a good criminal defense lawyer is there to advise you properly.  If trial is the best option, then you'd better make damn sure your lawyer is a great trial lawyer as well.

Can I get a DWLS removed from my record?

Cynthia Russell Henley
Answered by attorney Cynthia Russell Henley (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Cynthia Henley
Unless you received and completed a deferred adjudication probation, then it cannot be removed from your record nor sealed. If the case was dismissed, you can file an action to expunge the record in civil district court.
