Generally based on experience,it she is a victim, there will be no warrant issued against her. However, she must act responsibly, since prosecution cannot prove their case unless she shows up at a trial or hearing.

You now have a new drug charge and a probation violation, both of which could end up sending you to jail.

Can I still press charges on a family memeber that molested me when I was a child?

If there was sexual penetration there is no statute of limitations and you can file a complaint. If the events that took place did not involve sexual penetration there could be a 10 year statute of limitations or age limit of 21 years by which a complaint has to be filed. Since you are over the age of 21 and more than 10 years has elapsed since the alleged molestation occurred it is my opinion that you would have no standing to file a complaint unless the molestation included sexual penetration.
