What should I do about an order to show cause for failure to appear after being served with a subpoena?

You need to resolve the subpoena and show cause order, otherwise you risk being held in contempt of court and having a bench warrant issued. It is possible to resolve this issue via phone, at least initially.

Should a love one live with someone who has been issued a warrant?

Sure, why not? Living with people who have been issued a warrant happens. Is this a warrant for someone's arrest, or a search warrant? If it is a search warrant you may not want to get involved. If just an arrest warrant, nothing can happen to you unless you aid and abet in him or her fleeing from the cops.

What can I do for a Marijuana Charge 9 Months after Arrest?

Your son needs the best defense available. He has a reasonable hypothesis of innocence as to the drug possession charge. You cannot expect miracles. Seems to me that there might just be a valid motion to suppress if the facts are as you say. But each case is different and each case demands the attention of a competent attorney.
