Can I get an accusation with no charges for robbery cleared from my record?

There may be nothing but some notes taken by investigators that might even have been thrown away by now. As long as you were not actually arrested, then there should be no record. The authorities investigate lots of people and there is no record ever kept of it.

Generally no, however it depends on the facts & circumstances. For instance, depending on what the funds are taken for (to pay a corporate liability) & if the person is a signatory on the corporate bank account.

It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced criminal defense attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.
