What does your birthday and her birthday have to do with anything? Oh, does he need to be able to leave the house, so he can party. He has an alcohol problem. That is why he has house arrest.

You can request a new attorney at your next court date claim that your attorney is not effectively representing you, Marsden Motion. Or you need to hire a private attorney. You new attorney may already have the file and may have prepared the motion, but not yet able to see you. Try calling the pd's office and talking to him or her.

Does the charge against me is enough to put me into jail?

Anthony O. Van Johnson
Answered by attorney Anthony O. Van Johnson (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Anthony Overton Van Johnson Associates, P.C.
I once witnessed a lady who chose to represent herself get sentenced to 10 days in jail for stealing a $1.20 pair of tweezers. She thought it was no big deal. The judge had a different opinion. It's the aggregate of all of the thefts that retailers suffer yearly. You cannot simply look at the one single item that you are accused of stealing. You would be well advised to retain an attorney.
