Depending upon the circumstance of your case the chances that you will be offered the opportunity to plead to one or more reduced charges are excellent.

Should I include character reference letters with my appeal brief?

I believe that the only information the appellate court is going to want to see is the official record, unless you want to argue there's new evidence or that you tried to offer evidence and it was improperly excluded by the trial judge.

Are all burglary cases felonies?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Maryam Jahedi (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Maryam Jahedi Law Firm
Yes. All first, second and third degrees of burglary are felonies. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible to represent you if there is a charge against you. Burglary is a serious offense and you need to consult with an attorney. If there is in fact a warrant issued, have your attorney take care of it. You could be arrested on the spot if there is an outstanding warrant issued against you. Do not make any statements or admissions to anyone until you consult with an attorney.
