My guess the warrants are cost warrants. If your husband is found the judge will release him for the bail amount of the fines. He should surrender to the court and work out a payment plan.

The maximum time is one year. They need to provide supplemental discovery, all the paperwork, and a list of witnesses for any additional charges.

What will happen? The kid will be rigorously prosecuted and the prosecutor will be able to argue that this is an escalating course of criminal conduct, the kid should be tried as an adult and sent to prison for many, many years. Get counsel swiftly.
