Will passing a drug test by my employer help me get out of a possession of marijuana charge?

Answered by attorney Mark R. Thiessen
Criminal Law lawyer at Thiessen Law Firm
Your lawyer can take that test to the DA and try to show them that. But depends on the testing at work and how strict it was. Be prepared the DA will want a hair follicle test or another drug test to back it up.

Is it possible for police to question a three year old child who doesn’t really comprehend what is going on?

Answered by attorney Nathaniel D Shafer
Criminal Law lawyer at Natty Shafer Law
I would not recommend you give permission for the police to question your 3 year old daughter. Tell the police you don't think that is appropriate and refuse to give voluntary consent.

Will my case be closed if I have not completed my probation?

Answered by attorney Russell S Pietryga (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Pietryga Law Office
No. Usually, if a person does not comply with probation, the prosecutor will file an order to show cause. If the person does not show up for the order to show cause date, a warrant for the persons arrest will issue. The warrant will remain in place until they capture the person or the person files a motion to recall the warrant. In short, running, for any amount of time, will not help.
