What kind of car contract allows you to be responsible for the vehicle, when someone else is responsible for the insurance? I suspect that there were lies that were told to the owner of the vehicle, in which case IF there is an accident, you will be responsible for the value of the vehicle, because the insurance company will be looking for a reason NOT to pay. Is owing $ 12,000 for a vehicle you do not have better than having a criminal charge.

You do not say what he is on parole for. You do not say what the new charge is. You do not say anything about his criminal history. If he has been in jail for a week, I suspect that the violation is substantial. Such being the case, I have no idea. It is ultimately up top the judge.

Two people can be charged. Question: You could into figure that out by yourself. If my wife hires a hit man, who shoots and kills me, and the hit man tells the story that he was hired. Then both t he hit man and the wife will be charged with murder. Two people charged with murder where the deceased is shot with only on gun. So, you do not watch television shows like: Snapped, or Deceived, or American Greed, or Cops or the dozens of other shows that have dealt with this subject 500 times.
