Is it wrong for police to enter my home in search of a person with no warrant or parental consent?

Chris you should listen to your attorney and either enter a guilty plea or fight the case. You appear to have a problem making decisions. IF Judge Clark does not grant the motion to suppress, the plea offer will change to a prison sentence. You have court on Thursday. SO, be ready to resolve the case.

The same judge cannot dismiss traffic tickets and rule that a parole violation is served. Two different judges are required for that.

Contact the District Attorney would be skipping a step. Start by contacting your local law enforcement agency (police or sheriff). They will take it from there.
