If the false accusation has been reported to the police, then a warrant for aggravated stalking will be taken, which means you will need to retain an attorney.

Get off the computer, and retain an attorney. No one knows the coding that the clerk's office uses to denote a charge.

What is the minimum sentence for being an accessory to armed robbery?

Jared Clayton Austin
Answered by attorney Jared Clayton Austin (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Austin Legal Services, PLC
There is no minimum sentence. There are only a few instances where a minimum sentence is imposed. An accessory is just as culpable under the law as the actual perpetrator. Therefore you would be convicted of armed robbery just as the person who actually did it. You sentence will depend on what your sentencing guidelines are, what you ultimately plead to or are found guilty of (armed robbery is generally plead down to unarmed robbery), and if there is any sentencing agreement. Seek a consult from an experienced criminal defense attorney in your area.
