If I'm with someone who gets arrested for possession of any illegal substance, will I get in trouble too?

It does not have to be on you in order for you to be arrested, it can merely be close to you. It could be constructive possession, and you simply should not hang around with people who illegally carry controlled substances, anywhere. Soon enough you will be charged too if you do.

If a corporation receives a state or federal grant and is involved in criminal activity of any kind, what federal statute does it violate and why?

There are about 5000 crimes within the federal statutes. Do you honestly expect an attorney to know all of them? We usually have to look things up even when we are familiar with crimes and have memorized a lot. You asked for a criminal statute concerning criminal activity of any kind. That is far too broad for me to answer, I would have to know specific facts.

What can I do if a company scrape my car, came up with a bogus cost and wants to deduct from the car value?

Did you sign off on that? Did an insurance company retain Munroe Muffler to assess the damage? Where is the car? Research Monroe Muffler on the internet. Get all contracts from everyone involved. If the car is somehow available have another place assess the damage. If you get nowhere with Monroe Muffler write all details to the President of Monroe Muffler. (certified letter).
