I did not have access to my purse but she did, how can they arrest me for this?

Answered by attorney Lawrence Lewis (Unclaimed Profile)
Criminal Law lawyer at Lawrence Lewis, P.C.
They arrested you, because there was meth in your purse, and you have a difficult time explaining how you left your purse in someone's vehicle. You were not arrested illegally, but since you are not bright enough to take your purse with you into the house, I would not expect you to recognize that you are not an attorney.

I strongly suggest that your friend contact an experienced criminal law attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your friend's son's arrest/. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze the son's case and advise him of his options.
